SHENZHEN NAN GANG POWER CO.,LTD and Shenzhen Energy Group Ltd. signed the amount of nearly 100 million order form after lengthy consultations in July 2007 .The Project that belong to Shenzhen Energy Group Ltd is in Tema power plant of Ghana ,and it refer to gas turbine overhaul renovation, upgrading, demolition packaging, changing the fule from oil to gas ,installation and testing of many other elements of state.

President Hu Jintao made a speech in the opening ceremony of Cooperation summit Forum between China-Africa in Beijing .This Cooperation Forum promote the new China-Africa strategic partnership relations, the promotion of Sino-African in a wider scope and a broader field and at a higher level of cooperation, the Chinese government will adopt eight of policy measures. The project is Shenzhen Energy Group Ltd to implement the "China-Africa Cooperation Summit Forum Declaration ", the Chinese government implement the eight non-assistance measures, the proposed group is still running at the moon-bay Gas Turbine Power plant and hongwan Gas Turbine Power Plant ¡¯s four units 6B gas turbine by Revamping after relocating to the African Ghana plant site installation and power generation.

Our company in the project by the contract are involving a large main items :

1. All of the four units must be overhauled in standard.

2. the five-cylinder-rotor muse be back to the disintegration of factories, for tanks, the demolition of all the compressor vane, the replacement may transduction leaves, replacement compressor - cylinder, five-cylinder Vertical find, so high-speed rotor dynamic balance.

3. two of the units will do oil-to-gas transformation; We will provide the hardware from the turbine control valve to the gas turbine module, the installation, upgrading and debugging work.

4. disassembing all the 4 units.

5. make two new exhausts.

6. the replacement of MARK IV control system for the Mark VI control system in all the 4 units, installation, commissioning.

7. the 4 units exterior renovation, painting.

8. according to China¡¯s gas turbine export standard packaging, all packaging shall be subject to timber processing steamed smoked.

9. 4 units of foreign installation and commissioning.

In addition, the c NAN GANG POWER CO.,LTD in this item also signed a new parts required for the procurement contracts involving compressor parts, IGV, Elekr and Blade, stair nozzle, Central Minute thermal components procurement.

On July 20, 2007, the project has been started in hongwan Gas Turbine Power Plant, Which domestic repair, alteration, demolition, renovation and packaging work will be completed early in December. The installation in foreign will be finish in three months. The first unit will provide the power by the end of February 2008.

It is the first project that our company send teams abroad for the installation and testing of the project, our company is gradually moving towards for foreign markets, we will undertake similar companies overseas contracted projects and lay the groundwork for accumulating experience.We will concentrate on technical advantages of the construction company, in ensuring timely completion of the quality of the contractual mandate.
