With the steady and fast development of power demand and full-line completion of West-East Natural Gas Transmission Project, more and more projects for GT installation, commissioning or modification have been contracted and held by our company, so by now we have had too many businesses to deal with. Therefore, in order to absorb fresh hands in our work team and to train young technicians for GT installation and overhauling, through comprehensive tests in terms of moral & profession, our company have hired about a dozen of the year¡¯s graduates from technical schools and junior colleges.

On Mar. 6, the General Manager himself interviewed the graduates at the recruiting site.

From Mar. 21 to 26, our company organized professional training before duty and safety education for the recruited apprentices. For their comprehending theories with practices and holding professional skills as soon as possible, we arranged for practices right before their graduation in July..

In April the apprentices were assigned to the construction site of the first project stage of installing 6B unit contracted and held by our company in Zhejiang Deneng Natural Gas Power Co., Ltd. to learn and practice.

On June 8, again the apprentices were assigned to Suzhou Lantian to learn and practice the installation project for 9E gas turbines, a case also contracted and held by our company.

During the practices, our leaders attached much importance to safety, morals, learning and living of the apprentices. Led by masters, all the apprentices were studious and diligent, and their excellent performance received positive comments. It is believed that in the near future they will be competent for their duties.

For expansion of our work team so as to offer more brilliant services to power stations, we will recruit more skilled hands gradually, including engineering technology professionals with specialty and technicians specialized in jointing or piping.
