On Jun. 23, 2005, with the participation of Mr. Wen Yaozhong, Sales Director of GE Energy, Mr. Xu Xin, China Sales Supervisor of GE Energy, Mr. Zhu Gongshan, Chairman of Board of Directors of Suzhou Lantian, and Mr. Chen Shenghong, Managing Director of Nanguang Power, the signing ceremony was held for PSA, which involves the three parties and will serve the term of 7 years on total sum of 13 million US dollars of GE’s 9E GT spares purchased by Suzhou Lantian. Respectively, the representatives from the three parties signed on the agreement.

Suzhou Lantian, an environment-friendly enterprise mainly supplying heat and power, is located in Sino-Singapore Industrial Park of Suzhou City, east to Jinji Lake and north to Wusong River, totally occupying 85,000 Square Meters of area. With adoption of 2 sets of 9E gas turbines from GE, recently the company is building up 2 sets of 9E combined cycle power-generation units fueled by natural gas and able to offer heat and power in combination. In the first phase of the project, total investment will cost over one billion RMB and the total installed capacity will be 360 MW. Nanguang Power has contracted for installation of the two sets of 9E GT power-generation units. By now the project is under way.

The signing of the Parts Supply Agreement favors our company, an authorized distributor of GE Energy spare parts, of exploring development space and bringing realistic, strategic and long-termed meanings to our full-winged access into 9E series gas turbine, and creating steady basis for our company’s more long-termed development.

Commented by Mr. Zhu Gongshan and GE Sales Supervisor on the ceremony, for a long while our excellent services have been satisfactory, and they proposed to launch new cooperation longer in time and wider in span, realizing the win-win effect among Lantian, GE and Nanguang. On the ceremony Mr. Chen Shenghong, Managing Director of Nanguang Power expressed the same hope.

In the future, we will keep on holding our principles and taking seriously of the customer service seriously, so as to ensure excellent and satisfactory services for our clients. Moreover, we will diligently handle with sales and other work for spares distribution, trying to get more market share for Nanguang Power and GE Energy.
